Through a blend of depth-oriented psychotherapy, energy healing, and intuitive practices like Tarot, Oracle, and Akashic Records sessions, we’ll co-create your path to healing, clarity, and spiritual sovereignty.

More than talk therapy, this is a space where your lived experience as a woman of color is centered, affirmed, and held with deep compassion. We’ll work through emotional blocks, generational wounds, anxiety, trauma, and identity struggles using both traditional therapeutic tools and intuitive insight.

Energy Work & Intuitive Healing
True healing goes beyond the mind. I integrate chakra clearing and intuitive somatic practices to help you release what no longer serves and call back your power. We’ll also explore spiritual tools that resonate with your soul’s journey:

• Tarot & Oracle Guidance – for clarity, reflection, and aligned decision-making

• Akashic Records Readings – to access the soul’s wisdom and uncover patterns across lifetimes
